ACTIVATION PROCEDURE

1. Wear gloves, face mask & protective goggles while mixing chemicals. .
2. Take a bucket or Can of 5 Litres
3. Cut both sachets & open at the same time
4. Pour the whole amount of the sachets in clean can with the help of a funnel.
5. Wait 2-3 minutes to allow the activation of the chlorine dioxide
6. After activation dilute the solution by mixing 100 ml solution with 4.9 litres of water (i.e concentrate of 500 ppm) (naming this solution as “Solution A”). .
7. This 5L Solution A can be directly used to disinfect Ambulance, Hospitals, Bus station, Railway Station, etc. Also, it can be further diluted in varied ratios for disinfecting different areas

APPLICATION

1. Make sure to wear face masks, gloves & protection goggles while doing the disinfection process to avoid contact with dust and germs
2. Further dilute the above solution as per depending upon the surface of application
3. Preclean the surface
4. Spray disinfecting solution on surface until thoroughly wet.
5. Allow product to dwell on surface 10 minutes.
6. Wipe the surface with clean cloth or towel or let air dry.

NOTES

1. Prepare in well-ventilated area.
2. Never store activated solution beyond 15 days as it degrades with time
3. Always dilute activated concentrate after 2 minutes.
4. Always wear gloves, face mask and protective goggles when mixing and applying chemicals
5. Always tighten the lid of the container.
